All of our pupils have enjoyed four fun workshops over the last four weeks with artist Sonia Weston as part of the BLAST Initiative.  These workshops included a printing workshop experimenting with different prints and textures, a workshop creating an animation movie, planning a story and making the different backdrops and characters , a workshop  reusing bottle tops in an artistic way , making games  and collages and  then finally  a workshop learning about grafitti and spray painting. 

Well done to all our students in 3rd and 4th class. They played so well in today’s Blitz with Newtown , Drummond and Glynn. They won all their matches.

Well done to our recent Goresbridge  Credit Union Poster competition winners. Super excitement today in school.  Ted came 1st in 8-10 years , Thomas came 2nd in 8-10 years and Mia came 3rd in the same category. Alanna came 3rd in the 11-13 years. Well done everyone 

 

Well done to all our pupils. They wore lovely Christmas jumpers and raised money in support of Childline this Christmas.
