Well done to our Senior room . They have been working  hard on their problem solving strategies recently in class . During Maths week , they demonstrated great perseverance  and solved the PDST MathProblems.  They won the problem solving competition and our school has won PDST Maths Manuals and Active learning boards for all our pupils. 

The Cell Explorers visited our class today. Pupils learned all about DNA. Then pupils put on their lab coats and tried to extract DNA from a banana! They also made models of DNA. 

Hard luck to our girls football team who lost the final against Glynn Tuesday. 

This month the senior room have been busy learning about The Garlic Revival. They completed projects on the topic of GAA History and even recreated the Sam Maguire cup using Paiper Maiche.
